    Excellent service worth opting into

    I had a really good experience with 1 Hair Stop. I booked a consult because I wasn’t sure what size hair topper would suit my needs. I had been going back and forth between different providers and sizes, and my consultant Anshul provided me with recommendations that gave me the confidence to finally place an order.

    I loved that I could book a time that suited me, and the Zoom link was easy to access. Anshul was on time, super friendly and really knew her stuff. She listened to what I needed and gave me helpful, tailored advice.

    What impressed me most was the follow-up. Not long after our call, Anshul WhatsApped me all the product links and even spoke with their team to organise faster shipping (the website says it can take several weeks). My consult was only about two weeks ago and my order’s already on its way, I’m expecting it to arrive within the next few days. The customer care from 1 Hair Stop is honestly elite compared to other competitors.

    Would definitely recommend this service if you’re thinking about it!
