Hair was so nice, very good quality and doesn't feel heavy
I’ve been working with Deepthi for most of my One Hair Stop purchases, including the Volumizer, Bang Band, Skin Jet, Invisi Light Curtain Bangs, and Clip-In Streaks. She has gone above and beyond with video calls, detailed guidance, and instructional videos, and she is always communicative and accommodating with the time difference.
The Bang Band has been the product I’ve used the most, although unfortunately it has been discontinued. The Clip-In Streaks work well, but the Invisi Light Curtain Bangs look quite artificial to me and don’t stay securely in place with just one clip. Thankfully, that was not a significant investment.
I’ve had difficulty using the Skin Jet and Volumizer. The Skin Jet headpiece is dented, and the clips and wire on the Volumizer don’t seem to align properly. I’m hopeful that Deepthi will be able to help me get these products working properly, as they were a significant investment and I would really like to be able to use them.
I’ve been experiencing changes in my hair texture and shedding, so I’m very grateful to have Deepthi guiding me through the process. She has also helped coordinate delivery to my friends in India who travel to the US, which saves me significantly on shipping costs. Her customer service has been exceptional, and I truly appreciate her continued support.
This is my third purchase from this shop - and I would say the 8*10 size is amazing for the way it sits flat on the scalp; and looks absolutely natural. I have purchased the 4*5 wide and 6*7 in the past --- and both of those products are also amazing. The 4*5 wide especially looked great - and it is a viable option, especially for those who want a smaller topper. Reasons to go for 8*10 (even if your concern is smaller area):
1. Sits flatter
2. You can go for a longer length if you desire. Unlike the smaller size toppers the volume is more than enough for you to completely cover ur own hair (except hairline).
3. Larger size ensures you are clipping topper where more hair are present; which are not as vulnerable; this is good for long term health of your hair.
