At 1 Hair Stop, we are pleased to offer our customers the option to make returns if they meet certain criteria. To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in its original, unmodified condition, within 7 days of delivery. If you're eligible, a store credit is issued for the returned item, no refunds.

To initiate a return or exchange, we kindly ask that you use our designated returns center. This will ensure that your request is processed promptly and efficiently.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges through any other means. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us provide the best possible service to our valued customers.

What is the return & exchange period?

At 1 Hair Stop, we are pleased to offer returns and exchanges on all hair pieces within 7 days of delivery, provided that the items are returned in the same condition as they were shipped out. Please ensure that the product is packaged in the same way as it was shipped to you when returning it.

Please note that we only provide store credit instead of refunds for all returns and exchanges. The store credit is a coupon code that can be applied at checkout for your next purchase. Shipping charges paid at the time of order placement will not be refunded.

It is important to note that we do not accept any returns or exchanges for international orders, sale items, eyelashes, or accessories such as hair clips, hair powders, hair carriers, curly buns, braid hairbands, etc.

Finally, please be aware that if the product has been used or modified in any way, we will not be able to accept a return or exchange, and it will be shipped back to you.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best possible service to our valued customers.

Can I return an item which was on sale?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on any sale or discounted items.

Which products are not eligible for return/exchange?

All our hair accessories including our hair carrier, fly fix, hair powder as well as braided hairbands are not eligible for return.

Apart from this if any item was purchased at a discounted rate or sale, a return/exchange cannot be accepted.

Do I have to pay for the return?

Yes, the return charges have to be borne by the customer.

We have two options -

  • Manual Shipping - You can send us the product using any courier of your choice.
  • Reverse Shipping - We can arrange for a pickup using our courier partners for a charge of ₹200, which will be deducted from your store credit.
How do I know if my package is qualified for a return?

We are open to any return and exchanges that done within 7 days of receipt of shipment if the following conditions are met.

  1. The goods must be in the same condition as they were when shipped out. We will not accept any products that have been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed)
  2. The cost of shipping back is borne by the customer.
  3. 1 Hair Stop is not liable for any damages that occur in transit while the goods are being returned.

Please Note - We do not accept any returns and exchanges for international orders, discounted items as well as eyelashes, accessories including hair clips, hair powders, hair carrier etc.

How do I process my return?

Please visit our Return Center to process your return.

Will I get a refund?

We only issue store credits, which is a coupon code that you can use at our store to purchase something the next time but we do not give any refunds.

What about EMI Payments?

The policy is the same for EMI payments as well. The store credit will be issued for the entire amount of the order, not just the EMI amount paid.

I paid INR 100 for shipping, will i get a refund for it?

No, the shipping charge of ₹100 borne during purchase (for orders below ₹1000) is not liable for a refund under any circumstance.

When will I receive the store credit?

A store credit is given which will be reflected in your account as soon as we recieve the goods.

How long is the store credit valid for?

The store credit will be valid for 6 months from the date it was issued.


We would like to inform you that we have a limit of two returns per customer. This means that if you have returned a product twice and would like to return another, we will not be able accept a return for the third order.
