Return & Exchange Policy
We at 1 Hair Stop do accept returns and exchanges if the package hasn’t been modified and returned in the same condition as it was sent.

We accept returns for the extensions as long as they are in the same condition they were shipped out, within 7 days of delivery. While returning, please ensure that the product is packaged in the same way as it was shipped to you.
However, a store credit is given instead of a refund for all exchanges and returns. The store credit is a coupon code that can be used at checkout, for your next purchase.
Shipping charges, if any, paid while the order was placed, will not be refunded.
Important: We do not accept any returns and exchanges for international orders, discounted items as well as eyelashes, accessories including hair clips, hair powders, hair carriers, curly buns, braid hairbands etc.
If the product has been used or modified in any form, it will be shipped back to you.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on any sale or discounted items.
All our hair accessories including our hair carrier, fly fix, hair powder as well as braided hairbands are not eligible for return.
Apart from this if any item was purchased at a discounted rate or sale, a return/exchange cannot be accepted.
We are open to any return and exchanges that done within 5 days of receipt of shipment if the following conditions are met
1) The goods must be in the same condition as they were when shipped out. We will not accept any products that have been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed)
2) The cost of shipping back is borne by the customer.
3) 1 Hair Stop is not liable for any damages that occur in transit while the goods are being returned.

We only issue store credits, which is a coupon code that you can use at our store to purchase something the next time but we do not give any refunds.
The policy is the same for EMI payments as well. The store credit will be issued for the entire amount of the order, not just the EMI amount paid.
Yes, all customers have to pay for their returns or exchange. If you'd like us to arrange a pickup for you, Rs.200 will be charged.
PLEASE NOTE: If the package is lost while shipping or is damaged at the time it is received by 1 Hair Stop, the goods will not be valid for return or exchange and the cost must be borne by the customer.
A store credit is given which will be reflected in your account as soon as we recieve the goods.
The store credit will be valid for 6 months from the date it was issued.
In case of a missing/wrong/damaged product, we request you to get in touch with our customer care team via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 72 hours of delivery.
