As the Social Media Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing our social media presence and engaging with our online community. Your responsibilities will include scheduling posts, devising content strategies, designing emailers, creating captivating content, and promptly responding to customer queries across various social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
- Schedule and publish content across all social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, images, videos, and captions, that align with the brand's aesthetic and messaging.
- Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Design emailers and newsletters to promote product launches, promotions, and events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute integrated campaigns and initiatives across multiple channels.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, track KPIs, and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and content.
- Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging social media platforms, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance our social media strategy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry.
