Loved the texture and quality
I have dark brown curly hair and ordered the 20 inch dark brown topper. Due to androgenic alopecia (PCOS and thyroid issues), my hairline is thinning and receding.
The topper took a lot longer to receive than I expected. I thought that it would be ready-made and therefore ready to ship, but the listing does not inform you that the toppers are made to order.
Anyway, the topper eventually arrived in a nice package and did not smell bad (like you know how some hair extensions smell kind of 'off'!). The colour and length was perfect. The hair arrived straight and didn't blend in with my natural hair at all. This made me a bit nervous but then I remembered that the listing says that the hair is naturally wavy... so I washed it and added some curl cream and the curls were perfect! The next problem was that the roots were a little raised and that kind of made my head look like a cone, but I started watching videos by some very savvy black women on youtube who taught me that the roots can be flattened with a wax stick and a hot comb. I ordered the wax stick and a hot comb, as well as a wig stand, and flattened the roots by applying a bit of wax and hot combing it out. I then secured the hair with clips so that it could set. Once I re-applied the topper after using this method, I was SHOCKED at how natural it looked!! It looked just like my hair but with a fuller scalp. To be honest, I didn't really use the topper until I worked out how to make it match my hair because it was too straight before, but now it looks basically perfect. I also took it to my hairdresser to trim the hair around my face - this also made it look more natural.
The reason I initially ordered from 1 hairstop is because they were one of the only brands who did affordable, wavy/curly toppers that only cover a slim length of the scalp. I was initially disappointed, but I am certainly not anymore... you just have to work out how to style the topper to make it work for you. This took me a bit of research but it was worth it. Overall, I would definitely recommend this topper to other people like me who are experiencing the beginning stages of hair loss. It is great value for money!
I am now thinking of buying some other pieces form this site and will review those too.

I loved the color and how natural it blended to my hair. I recommend it for those who wants to innovate without damaging their hair. Very good!
