I am very pleased with the hair quality but the one if the clips is not closing when inserting in hair . So that means it’s not flat on my head one side looks abit bumped. Also the delivery came so late after two months and i was not informed of its whereabouts until I enquired about it. I love to shop from you as I have done it previously but have started getting discouraged now.

This is an amazing product. Very natural looking. My initial concern was about raised appearance of the product on the scalp. This hair patch merged flawlessly with my natural hair. My only complaint is that the processing time was very long, more than mentioned on the site. There was no communication in regards to delays.
